Years 2010-2024 – If you were born between these years, you are Generation Alpha (like the greek alphabet). You belong to a cohort of people most likely to shape the future. That is >1 Billion kids and counting.
Generation alpha’s optimism, creativity, and willingness to take risks characterize them as true inspirations for future generations.
Though they may not yet have a strong grip on the reins of power, Generation Alpha is already shaping the world around them in remarkably innovative ways. They are constantly coming up with new ideas and concepts that challenge the status quo and push boundaries in all aspects of life.

Some of their most notable achievements include:
1. They are the first generation to routinely use social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) and other digital platforms on the internet to communicate, collaborate, and share information. They clock the highest screen time collectively.
2. They are crusaders for social change and advocate for a more inclusive world where everyone is treated with respect.
3. They have led the way in developing new technologies that make life easier, faster, and more enjoyable – from mobile apps to AI and virtual reality headsets.
4. Their entrepreneurial spirit has fuelled a booming economy that is creating jobs across all sectors of society – from tech startups to small businesses. Inspiring Gen Alphas are driving innovation in every sector, taking over from millennials and Gen Z.
Generation Alpha is a generation of inspirers shaping the future in ways no one has ever done at an early age. They are optimistic and creative, always looking for new ways to improve their lives and the world around them.
How different is Generation Alpha?
While the millennials, Gen Z, and other older generations have been largely responsible for the current boom in entrepreneurship, it is Generation alpha who is really driving the economy forward. They are optimistic and resourceful, always coming up with new ways to make life easier and brighter.
As millennials and Generation Z’ers take on more professional responsibilities, generation alpha will become even more integral to shaping our future. They’ll continue pushing boundaries while inspiring others to do the same – a force sure to change everything!
This generation is different in many ways.
First, they’re more connected than ever before. They’ve grown up with technology in their hands and have learned to use it to create and share content quickly and easily. They are the digital handshakers of the 21st century per se.
Second, they’re not afraid of failure or risk – they’re used to starting something new and seeing how it goes.
And finally, they’re fiercely independent – they don’t want anyone telling them what to do or how to live their life.
All this means that the creative industries will have to adapt if they want to appeal to this generation. They’ll be looking for products and services that not only entertain them but help them learn new skills or explore new interests too. In other words, the industry will need innovative and educational brands.
Some of the key reasons for this are the widespread use of computers and mobile devices from a young age. It has given them access to a wealth of information at their fingertips. Moreover, they have grown up in an era where globalization has made it easier for them to connect with people from all over the world.
As a result, they are generally more open-minded and tolerant of different cultures and beliefs. They also tend to be more confident and assertive than their predecessors, which has led to them being less loyal to traditional institutions like governments and churches. Generation Alpha’s Motivation
The alpha generation is typically motivated by two things:
- Feeling like they’re missing out on something.
- Feeling like they have a responsibility to change the world. (like climate change initiatives)
It makes them excessively ambitious and determined, which is great because these qualities are essential for success in any field. However, because the alpha generation is so ambitious, they can also be reckless with their resources and end up overextending themselves. That’s why it’s important to have mentors and other advisors who can help guide them along the way so that they don’t get too far ahead of themselves or lose sight of what’s really important.
